In 2010 Eyjafjallajökull became world-famous when the volcano erupted and stopped all air traffic and flights around Europe and The Atlantic Ocean. Eyjafjallajökull is better known in Iceland as a glacier rather than a volcano. On the top is a big rock, Goðasteinn, that the harsh winds, frost, and severe weather sculptures with snow during winter. Going to the top with a camera for photography is out of this world.
